1. 進階治療性內視鏡（Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy）：包括 ESD、EFTR、POEM、第三空間內視鏡（Third-space Endoscopy）、內視鏡縫合及組織缺損閉合技術。

2. 早期消化道癌症診斷與治療（Early Gastrointestinal Cancer Detection and Endoscopic Treatment）：包括食道癌、胃癌、大腸直腸癌之早期診斷、內視鏡切除及器官保留治療。

3. 發炎性腸道疾病（Inflammatory Bowel Disease, IBD）：包括 Crohn's disease、ulcerative colitis、新型生物製劑與小分子藥物治療、真實世界研究（Real-world Evidence）。

4. 消化道癌症風險預測與精準醫療（Gastrointestinal Cancer Risk Prediction and Precision Medicine）：結合遺傳基因、生活型態及臨床危險因子，建立食道鱗狀細胞癌風險預測模型。

5. 人工智慧於消化醫學之應用（Artificial Intelligence in Gastroenterology）：包括自然語言處理（NLP）、臨床風險預測、AI 輔助疾病辨識與內視鏡診斷。

6. 治療性內視鏡技術創新（Innovation in Endoscopic Techniques and Devices）：包括內視鏡縫合裝置、牽引技術、全層切除、EUS-guided intervention 及新型微創治療技術。
